2 T chopped oregano
1 T chopped Thyme
1 T chopped rosemary
2 t olive oil
½ t salt
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts
(If you don’t have fresh
herb: 1 T fresh herbs = 1 t dried herbs)
Combine the herbs, oil,
and salt. Rub mixture on both sides of chicken. Heat a
pan or grill to medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until
browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
